Requirements:
- 3rd, 4th, 5th year students with maximum 12 months following graduation - with a real passion for business and technology;
- Basic programming skills in any general-purpose programming language;
- Problem solving skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change;
- Very strong leadership, teamwork, innovation and analytical skills;
- English fluency (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).

Nice to have:
- Experience with: Javascript, Python, Scala, Java;
- Basics of cloud knowledge (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS);
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Spark, Databases, SQL;
- Any IT certification (i. e. Bootcamp, SCRUM or Cloud Certification).

Responsibilities:

Based on your experience and preferences you might be assigned to a technical or business / managerial IT traineeship.

Your responsibilities might be but not limited to:
-develop code to solve business problem;
-communicate and cooperate with all involved parties;
-coordinate technical changes and requirements and establish the right user experience;
-gather business requirements and lead process simplification, issue resolution, and manage changes;
-provide business and technical insights;
-collaborate with vendors to deliver against the business needs.
